Job Description:
Business Unit Head
Will handle a team of 2-3 Officers/Assistant Managers and around 100 trainees
Responsible for yearly targets of his Business Unit
Responsible smooth functioning for BU Business Development
Will guide, coach, encourage and motivate the team in terms of sales of
ICFAI University Knowledge products
Reporting:
Shall report to the Dy.Regional Manager
Requirement:
4-5 years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
Should have handled a sales team or a branch before
MBA in Marketing (preferably) or Graduate
Remuneration:
3.00-3.40 lakhs PA Gross + Mobile reimbursement upto Rs.1500 per month + Conveyance allowance of Rs.2500 per month+ very attractive performance based monthly incentives
