POSITION/TITLE: Debt Products Analyst
BAND: H6
REPORTING TO: SVP/ Product Delivery Manager – Credit, India
LOCATION: Mumbai

RESPONSIBILITIES AS PRODUCT DELIVERY OFFICER (PDO):
•Work with an experienced Debt Products Manager to evaluate risk and carry out due-diligence of potential transactions for an allocated client portfolio.
•Responsible for assisting in preparing credit memos, obtaining credit approvals and ongoing monitoring of credit exposures. Preparation of credit memos involves industry analysis, financial analysis and structuring. Ongoing monitoring requires continuous tracking of the company and industry events.
•Ensuring adherence to existing policy guidelines, compliance and legal aspects and appropriate documentation for credit exposures.
•Participate in the decision to commit resources and prepare & sign approval documents.
•Enhance/manage credit commitments in line with the Business needs & objectives
•Manage and improve portfolio quality in line with the Country strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
MBA / CA with upto 2 years of experience in Corporate Bank/Credit Analysis function, preferably in a Multinational Bank/Financial organization. .
SKILLS
•Good knowledge of financial analysis
•Familiarity with credit analysis, regulatory framework, and documentation requirements
•Excellent analytical and communication skills
•Demonstrate team-working skills
