We have vacancy with a reputed client of ours as Management Trainee for Haryana & Punjab Location. Please read on to know the details.



Our client is a leading global Talent Development Corporation and Education provider. They are looking for a top notch management trainee with excellent communication and analytical skills with MBA specialization in Marketing. After the training program He will be absorbed as a Centre Manager with a posting any where in Haryana/Punjab with following roles and responsibilities assigned to them:



Developing franchise through channel partners.
Monitor productivity of Instructors/counsellors/accountants of the centre.
Keep track on competition in the region and devise counter strategies.
Conduct effective local promotional programmes.
Responsible for the PROFIT & LOSS of the center.
Target achievement of student registrations, revenues and operating profit at centre level.


Location: Any where in Haryana/Punjab



Required Qualification: Minimum 60 % in 10th, 12th and Graduation.



After a successful completion of One Year the candidate shall be promoted to Area Manager.
