Job Description


Job Location: Gurgaon (shift time 07:30 pm – 04:30 am)- 5 days in a week

Experience- 6 months – 2 years of experience

Salary: Gross 15k and more (as per experience)
Cab facility available from Gurgaon and South Delhi only
Major Attribute required:

1. Excellent Communication Skill both written and verbal.

2. Good Analytical & Logical ability

3. Willing to work in night shift (07:30 pm – 04:30 am)

4. Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills

5. Searching resumes from various portals like Dice, Monster, Net-temps, Yahoo Hot jobs, etc

6. Learned the basics of recruiting and other sourcing techniques, utilization of Internet resume banks, screening, interviewing, etc

7. Performed all duties associated with Recruiting including sourcing, utilization of multiple Internet resume sites, screening, interviewing, and updating resumes

8. Identify, work with, and place candidates for positions such as Project Manager, Web Developer, Technical Training, Quality Assurance Analyst , Java Developer, Oracle Developer, Networking Expert, Siebel Developer and Business Analyst and numerous others.

9. Filling the clients requirements, both permanent and contract.

10. Good Knowledge in end to end recruitment.

11. Recruiting from database and from the internet, interviewing, screening and reference-checking candidates prior to being submitted to the end-client.

Educational Qualification Desired:

Either of the following

BE / MCA / BCA / MBA / Diploma holder in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunication/ Graduate with IT Knowledge
