•Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone and providing relevant data/ information about existing clients/new projects.
•Meeting HNIs (High Net worth Individual), NRI clients giving them various investment proposals, briefing them about the product, convincing the customers.
•Converting prospects into customers and achieving sales targets.
•Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining good relationship with them.
•Providing after sales support to the clients and maintaining good relationship with them.
•Exploring the new investment avenues through Market research.
