Job Description

Management Trainee-Operations


One year on the Job training in Transaction Processing in Investment services and Financial Services at our divisional offices across the country.
Learning about various Products and processes involved in financial services and Investment sector.
Learning the entire Businesss activities of the divisional offices and Head office.
After sucessful Completion of the one year training period, the Management Trainees will be absorbed as Assistant Manager or Equavalent positions based on their Performance during the Training Period.



Management Trainee-Facilitation/ Design /Analyst



One Year on the Job Training in Learning and Developement Solutions. The suitable candidate will report and work as part of the Learning and Development Solutions team. The key tasks are to


Facilitate and evaluate the training programmes from design Lab and external resources.
Develop/source curriculum; deliver/outsource courses; follow proven, successful program formats and certifications of completion.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, supervisors, performance assessments,
Management development plans with active coordination with Design Lab.
focus on self learning to add value to the assignment.
After sucessful Completion of the one year training period, the Management Trainees will be absorbed as Assistant Manager or Equavalent positions based on their Performance during the Training Period.
