Job Description
Ideating and preparing valuation models for private companies.

• Understanding and executing the valuations according to the international accounting standards for privately held companies or private equity firms across the globe.

• Analysing the main lines of operations, product development, market position, competitive landscape etc.

• Address client queries and work on specific valuation models that might come up from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile Description: CA rankers, FRM's, CFA’s or MBA’s from top tier institutes.

• Top notch analytical and communication skills

• Strong finance knowledge, valuation modelling capabilities and writing skills

• Knowledge of DCF analysis and market approach for valuation

• Self starter and highly motivated.

UG Qualifications:
B .Com (Commerce)
BBA / BBM / BBS (Management)

PG Qualifications:
CA (Accounting)
ICWA
M.A. (Economics)
M.Com (Commerce)
MBA / PGDM / MBM (Finance, International Business, Marketing)
*Note: Candidate should have both UG and PG qualifications
