Management Trainee - HR

- Co-ordinate with Placements to complete the recruitment process.

- Organize the interviews.

- Will take active participation in the following activities -

a) Induction Training.

b) Leave Management

c) Database Management of On-rolls and Off-rolls employees & Staffs.

d) Co-ordianate with the Contractors for Manpower Deployment.

e) Co-ordinate with Personnel Officer for ESI, PF, P Tax activities.

g) Co-ordinate with Government Authorities for submission of returns.



Management Trainee - IR

a) Preparation of daily manpowers deployed in the Estabklishment and maintaining the same through Excel and SAP.

b) Maintaining and Co-ordination with HoD's for IR Matters.

c) Contractor's manpower Payment Calculations through SAP and Excel.

d) Contract Labour - Daily Attendance and Leave Management.

e) Contractor Union Related matters - like correspondences, minutes, extracts, etc.

f) Employee's Union related matters - like correspondences, minutes, extracts, etc.



Must be well versed with Contract Labour Laws, Trade Unions, Workmen Compensation, etc.



Candidate must be a good & effective team player.
