The Selection Procedure will include a Written Test in General English, General Knowledge and Quantitative aptitude to be held at Ludhiana and Bhopal. Shortlisted Candidates will subsequetly be called for an Interview, Group Discussion, Psychological and Intelligence Tests to be held at Ludhiana. The emoluments on Cost to Company basis for Graduates and Post Graduates range between 1.60 Lacs to 1.78 Lacs per annum. Selected Candidates will be required to submit an undertaking for serving the compant for atleast 3 years. Job Description

The Executive Trainee (ET) Scheme is designed to create a dedicated cadre of business leaders through multifunctional exposure and opportunities for growth with Vardhman, which is a Rs 3300 crore textile conglomerate, with presence in Spinning, Fabrics, Sewing Thread, Acrylic Fibre and Steel. Positions are available at our locations in the states of Punjab , Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujrat and New Delhi. The Selected Candidates will be placed in the Commercial/ Non Technical functions of any of our unit or branch depending upon his/ her suitability. The Applicant must have obtained 65% or above in 10th, 10+2 & Graduation/ Post Graduation only (B.Com/ B.Sc (Non - Med)/ B. Agriculture/ BBA/ M.Com/ M.Sc/ MBA degree holders should apply). Age of the applicant should be less than 25 years as on September 01, 2010.
