Job Description

Reports to: SENIOR MANAGER

Job Summary: Understands the business process to co-ordinate among all stakeholders of the Project. Handles entire gamut of communication process and is the key resource for the project. Essentially works towards completion of the project by effectively harmonizing the efforts of the team, management and requirements of the clients

Essential Job Functions:

1. Communicates with the clients on all issues.

2. Downloads the assets from the FTP sites.

3. Maintaining all records and reports.

4. Tracking jobs throughout their PLC so as to be able to provide any required information to the management or the clients.

5. Maintenance and implementation of Quality Management Systems as applicable.

6. Generating and updating the consolidated reports as per the formats pertaining to the Department and the entire department performance at the end of every day.

7. Submitting billing and invoicing details to Senior Manager for further action.
